Why I Started Suds & Buds

Suds & Buds Apothecary was born out of a season where I was forced to question everything — what I was putting on my body, in my home, and around my family.

After struggling with infertility and diving deep into a more natural, non-toxic lifestyle, I realized how many everyday products were filled with ingredients I couldn’t even pronounce — let alone trust.

What started as a personal shift turned into a passion.
