I Didn't Exactly Plan Any of This.
Hi, I'm Kim. My journey to motherhood took me through infertility, surrogacy, and ultimately adoption. Along the way, I became the woman who read every damn ingredient label.
I wanted to understand what I was putting in and on my body—and eventually my daughter's, too. So I started making things myself. Soap came first. Then tallow skincare, home fragrance, and enough experimenting to take over entirely too much of the house.
Now Suds & Buds is about more than what's in the jar or box. It's about thoughtfully chosen ingredients, handmade products, and helping people say “I thought of you.”
We take our ingredients seriously. Ourselves? Not nearly as much. We even eat drive-through dinner sometimes.
