Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your chosen method and delivery location.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charges apply)
Local Pickup
Local pickup orders are ready within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days at hello@sudsandbudsapothecary.com . Be sure to include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Suds & Buds Apothecary is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
